Lecture Series organised as part of the BIP project “International Living Lab for Building Back Better (ILL4B³)”
The Interior Design Studio held by Nicola Flora and Giovangiuseppe Vannelli is part of a Blended Intensive Programme whose academic partners are the ENSA Paris-Belleville (France), the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons (Belgium) and the National Technical University of Athens (Greece).
The educational project “International Living Lab for Building Back Better (ILL4B³)” consists of working in the municipalities of the 2009 earthquake crater now concerned by the reconstruction.
The Lecture series follows the on site activities. From 19 to 21 March, the BIP participants were in L’Aquila, in Sant’Eusanio Forconese and Fossa to discover the places, landscapes, themes and actors to whom the projects they will develop during the semester will be addressed.
The activity carried out on site to learn about the public spaces and buildings available for temporary transformations, has the objective of producing an atlas of places and projects that can corroborate the processes of social and physical reconstruction currently conducted by the USRC. In this sense, temporary installations will be designed to reinterpret the territorial system and its material and immaterial heritage.
